So, I have been feeling really good lately. =D
Just to let you know, the baseball game last week was amazing! I actually ate a lot, but i enjoyed everything, and then later that day, i burnt off every calorie! So it worked out... except the Mets lost =(
This week, I have started a new diet. 90 calories breakfast, 150 calorie lunch (just because i have super protective friends and my vice principal has already told me she thinks my eating habits are disordered...)
then a small dinner with the family. Unless its Thursday, then im fasting, or friday, then Im eating an 80 calorie lunch.
Everythings been going good so far, so I'll keep you updated! <3

Aah! *Panic*
I have been so good this week!! When I woke up this morning and weighed myself, I was 94.7 pounds! Thats a 9 and a 4 next to each other!
But anyway, today Im going to a baseball game with my dad. The burgers they sell there are soooo delicious. And when I was a fat pig, I would order a burger, a custard shake, and french fries with extra salt! WTF was I thinking!!!!! Should I just reward my self this one day, and try not to finish anything? I could easily gain all the weight back in one day... but NO! I can't do that.
So, I feel that, as of now, I will ask for a burger and kiddie cup shake, and say to my father, "hmm... Daddy *cue big cute eyes* How 'bout we split fries?" Hehe... evil, diabolical...
The burger, I might have to finish, but i Can accidently let the bun fall off... That lowers the calories.
The fries, my father loves, so I won't really have to worry about eating them, except for maybe one.
And the shake... Well, its an opaque cup, So just say you've finished it when in actuality there's only half left.
Yay!

Yay!!
I have lost THREE (3) WHOLE POUNDS!!! I am so very happy and SO very proud of myself! I do not know how i did it in two NON-fasting days!? Has this miracle ever happened to anyone else?
What I am trying to put across is, 500 calories a day and two really hard ballet classes work. I now have 7.9 pounds to lose AT LEAST. 10.9 pounds to lose AT MOST. By April 23, I would like to weigh in at at least 88 lbs. 85 lbs might be great though, so we'll have to see when we get there....

500 calories!
I've given myself a whole list of numbers of calories for the rest of April! Hopefully that will let me hit 88lbs by the 24th. =D And then, by the end of April, maybe I'll be 85lbs, and I'll be happy...
So today, I shall be eating 500 cals through the three hour diet, which I blogged about earlier! I'm really excited to be trying this, especially since ballet starts again tonight!!! That means I'll be seriously burning ALOT of calories off!!!!! Yay=D

Some quick updates!
Well first... Today proved to be a fairly good day! =D I got a total of 5 books for free reading, and one that i desperatly needed for school. Yay! Hours of fun reading await. One of the books is about two girls with anorexia. Its called Wintergirls by Laurie Hals Anderson. I bought it figuring that i could relate to the main character just because of body issues, but one of the characters dies. So I'm a little spooked now. But all the same, it is proving to be a very good book. (quick side note. I swear i did not ruin the end of the book by telling you someone dies. It tells you on the back of the book and it's the first main event that happens)
Also, on the fabulous website, prettythin.com I found out about a whole new diet. =D It's called the Three Hour Diet and it was posted by someone in the forums. Here's the post:
**Basically, you eat about 50-100 calories every 3 hours. 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm and 8pm. Eating very little but often will speed up your metabolism, plus you will only be eating up to 500 calories during the day and will feel fuller because you are eating often. Also, drink lots of water and even diet coke during the whole day, because they have very very little or zero calories. I am going to try this diet from now on, because then people can't moan at me for not eating because i will be eating often, just very low calorie things. If anyone wants to try this then please do, you can change the times if you want but they should be about 3 hours apart.**
I think this sounds like a reasonably awesome diet, so it will be the one I start in a few days. I'm gonna have to make up new rules and such for special days when I need to go out to eat and devour disgustingly fattening foods. However little I eat of it, I still feel like a fat cow. =(

I have some good feelings about today. And I am praying praying praying that everything just falls into place. That maybe mom is to busy to notice Im not eating, we won't have time to go to somewhere really big for lunch. (The bigger the establishment, the more Im expected to eat.) Maybe for once, EVERYTHING WILL GO THE WAY I WANT IT TO!!!!!!

Failureeee
Blah. I can't seem to control what i consume. And it kinda makes me feel like crap. But on the brighter side, Im gonna head over to a book store tomorrow and buy a ton of magazines and books... which will probably help me lose weight.
Why you may ask:
Well, the magazines are just for thinspo. Because all the fabulous looking people make me want to never eat again... so it's always good.
And the books: I love to read and I get so into it, that like 4 hours can I go by and I won't even notice. If you're that into something, the chances of you getting up and eating are pretty slim. So, I suppose tomorrow will be a better day. I sure as hell hope so.
Calories eaten today: Way too many.
