Why you may ask:
Well, the magazines are just for thinspo. Because all the fabulous looking people make me want to never eat again... so it's always good.
And the books: I love to read and I get so into it, that like 4 hours can I go by and I won't even notice. If you're that into something, the chances of you getting up and eating are pretty slim. So, I suppose tomorrow will be a better day. I sure as hell hope so.
Calories eaten today: Way too many.
