I have lost THREE (3) WHOLE POUNDS!!! I am so very happy and SO very proud of myself! I do not know how i did it in two NON-fasting days!? Has this miracle ever happened to anyone else?
What I am trying to put across is, 500 calories a day and two really hard ballet classes work. I now have 7.9 pounds to lose AT LEAST. 10.9 pounds to lose AT MOST. By April 23, I would like to weigh in at at least 88 lbs. 85 lbs might be great though, so we'll have to see when we get there....
