Well first... Today proved to be a fairly good day! =D I got a total of 5 books for free reading, and one that i desperatly needed for school. Yay! Hours of fun reading await. One of the books is about two girls with anorexia. Its called Wintergirls by Laurie Hals Anderson. I bought it figuring that i could relate to the main character just because of body issues, but one of the characters dies. So I'm a little spooked now. But all the same, it is proving to be a very good book. (quick side note. I swear i did not ruin the end of the book by telling you someone dies. It tells you on the back of the book and it's the first main event that happens)
Also, on the fabulous website, prettythin.com I found out about a whole new diet. =D It's called the Three Hour Diet and it was posted by someone in the forums. Here's the post:
**Basically, you eat about 50-100 calories every 3 hours. 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm and 8pm. Eating very little but often will speed up your metabolism, plus you will only be eating up to 500 calories during the day and will feel fuller because you are eating often. Also, drink lots of water and even diet coke during the whole day, because they have very very little or zero calories. I am going to try this diet from now on, because then people can't moan at me for not eating because i will be eating often, just very low calorie things. If anyone wants to try this then please do, you can change the times if you want but they should be about 3 hours apart.**
I think this sounds like a reasonably awesome diet, so it will be the one I start in a few days. I'm gonna have to make up new rules and such for special days when I need to go out to eat and devour disgustingly fattening foods. However little I eat of it, I still feel like a fat cow. =(
